One of two 12-year-olds accused of raping a six-year-old at a North Sydney school has pleaded not guilty.
He was accused of attacking the young girl during school hours at the end of June, along with the second boy.
He also allegedly attacked her on his own six weeks later, on August 16.
The boy has denied three counts of aggravated indecent assault in company, two counts of sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 10 and one count of indecent assault, according to ABC News.
He will appear in the children's court again in November.
The other boy is due to appear in court next month, where he faces charges of two counts of aggravated sexual assault and sexual intercourse with a child under 10.
Both boys have been granted bail.
