If you thought your day was going badly, be thankful you are not the owner of this house.
Demolition workers mistakenly bull-dozed the wrong house in Sydney after there was a mix up with the numbers on a letterbox.
Contractors thought they were demolishing 200 Marion Street because that was the number on the letterbox - turns out the house was actually number 198.
Home-owner Steve Ballas turned up to find his house destroyed.
"All I know is I thought I owned 200 Marion Street, Bankstown, and it was a little house I was going to rent. But obviously I don't have that house anymore," Mr Ballas said.
Local authorities confirmed to Channel 9 that Mr Ballas' notices actually have 198 Marion Street printed at the top and that the house is where it would expect to be found: between numbers 196 and 200.
The demolition is now the subject of a legal battle.
