'How bow dah' girl banned from airline after plane fracas

A 13-year-old who became an internet sensation after an outburst on a popular daytime television programme has been kicked off a plane for lashing out at a fellow passenger.

Danielle Bregoli rose to fame after an appearance on Dr. Phil in September 2016, after her mother chose to confront her on her unruly behaviour with the help of host Phil McGraw.

The teen was thrown off by audience members laughing at her, and threatened them by calling them "hoes" and telling them to "cash me ousside, how bow dah?", which translates to "catch me outside, how about that?"

The phrase, which has been used widely in memes recently, was heard again as she brawled with another female passenger on their Spirit Airlines flight on Monday night (local time).

TMZ reports that the melee also involved Ms Bregoli's mother, Ann Peskowitz, whose difficulty putting luggage in an overhead locker due to a foot injury apparently sparked the scuffle, because the other woman had grown impatient with her.

Footage of the incident fails to make it clear as to what took place or who was at fault, but things escalated and the woman allegedly grabbed Ms Peskowitz's throat, which resulted in Ms Bregoli throwing a punch.

In a video posted on her Facebook account, Ms Bregoli insists she only punched the other female passenger in the face once, and that Ms Peskowitz only grabbed the woman's throat back because of threats towards her daughter.

All three were reportedly removed from the plane and banned for life from the airline.
