A building is threatening to collapse in Marrickville in the inner west region of Sydney, after a severe thunderstorm in the region caused flash flooding.
Seventeen people have been evacuated from the property on Ewart Street, and an exclusion zone has been set up.
The Guardian reported that a natural ravine behind the property had started to wash away, leading to concerns about the building's stability.
