Man takes brunch obsession too far

Breakfast may be good at any time of day, but any place?

A Florida man is facing charges for obstructing traffic after setting up a breakfast station in the middle of a busy street.

Witnesses told the Orlando Sentinel that 21-year-old Kiaron Thomas set up a small TV table, which held a plate containing bacon, egg and pancakes. Don't worry, he's not a monster - he also had a bottle of syrup.

Mr Thomas was wearing green pyjama pants and fuzzy slippers, because you want to be comfy while enjoying breakfast treats.

According to the Lakeland Police Department, Mr Thomas had already left when officers were called to the scene. However he was identified after someone tagged him in a Facebook video sent to the police.

Mr Thomas told investigators the whole thing was a prank. He was cited on charges of placing an obstruction in the roadway and disrupting the free flow of traffic.
