A woman in California has threatened a couple with sexual harassment charges after she saw them share a kiss in a takeaway store.

In a video captured by one of the pair, she can be seen screaming at them before approaching them.

In response, the man behind the camera tells her to, "Step the f*** back", to which she responds, "Excuse me?" before eventually telling him to "step the f*** back".

"You're f***ing your girlfriend in a public restaurant acting like a prostitute," the woman said.

The woman can also be seen demanding a refund from the cashier due to what she witnessed and asking the cashier to call police, after contacting law enforcement is raised by one of the couple.

"I want a refund right now and I'm reporting you to your manager," she can be seen telling the cashier after he informs her he's talking to his manager.

"I can call your manager and I can report you and you can be fired for allowing this. I want my money back.

"He was having sex with her at the stand when I was trying to order, they were making out... Go get a room if you want to f*** the wh***."

At one point she tells the other woman she is the "ugliest bitch [she has] ever seen" and says the pair make her want to vomit.

"You're such an airhead. You're so dumb. You're sexually harassing me," she can be seen saying.

The offending couple weren't the only ones to feel her wrath.

While exiting, a man can be seen trying to steer her towards the door - to which she smacks him repeatedly with a pile of papers.

The man behind the video says they were at the store in Santa Monica when he wrapped his arms around his girlfriend and kissed her "once or twice" on the top of the head.

"I thought she was joking because of how little we were actually making contact," he said.

"I turned and kissed my girlfriend on the cheek and made a loud smack, and that’s where she really lost it."

The woman left the store after the cashier told the man police had been called.
