Australian Government offers $73 million compensation to Manus refugees

Refugees detained on Manus Island on Papua New Guinea are set to get a big payout from the Australian Government. 

The Government still denies the nearly 2000 claimants were harmed during their time on the island but has still settled to pay more than 70 million dollars. 

Australian correspondent Jason Morrison spoke to Duncan Garner.
