A United States woman has given birth to a baby girl weighing in at a whopping 13lb.
Towards the end of her pregnancy, it was obvious Christine Corbitt's baby would be bigger than most.
"I've had nine and ten pound babies and I figured maybe she'd be ten pounds," she told CBS News.
The 5.9kg baby is about 2.5kg heavier than the average Kiwi newborn.
Perhaps not surprisingly, Ms Corbitt says baby Carleigh will be her last.
"I'm done. I'm done. No more babies for me."
