OJ Simpson could be a free man as early as October.

The former football star is up for parole tomorrow, having served eight years of a maximum 33-year sentence for a string of crimes including armed robbery and kidnapping.

The hearing's attracting a lot of hype - it'll be broadcast live on US television and live streamed around the world.

It's already been more than 20 years since Simpson was found NOT guilty of murdering his former wife Nicole Brown and her friend Ron Goldman.
