Is Trump telling China to grab North Korea by the missile?

As news of North Korea's ballistic missile test made headlines around the world, President Donald Trump responded the only way he knows how, on Twitter.

Trump wrote "North Korea has just launched another missile. Does this guy have anything better to do with his life?"

He went on to tweet "perhaps China will put a heavy move on North Korea and end this nonsense once and for all!"

It's caused many to question the President once again on his social media use and whether he should be tweeting things that are now regarded as official statements.

Some users described his tweets as "insane," "unintelligible," and "scary as hell", while others made reference to the infamous leaked tapes in which he talks about where he "moved heavily" on a woman.

So what did Trump really mean?

What does he want China to do?
