A woman has been found dead at a stag party in Melbourne, but two of the partygoers say they have been "stitched up".
Four men, in their 20s and 30s, were questioned by police but released from custody after the woman was found on Saturday morning.
It's believed she returned to the Oaks on Market hotel with 11 partygoers the night before.
The group was in town from Canberra for the stag do. One of the men called police after waking to find her dead in the shower.
The cause of the woman's death is not known, and she is yet to be identified.
Police are testing for the presence of illicit drugs.
Two of the men told Fairfax they went out to a football match before hitting the town.
They would not say how they met the woman or who she was.
