A 93-year-old Florida woman has reportedly been arrested after her rest home said she refused to pay the rent.
National Church Residences told Florida TV station WKMG that Juanita Fitzgerald had refused to pay for her accommodation - because she thought she was going to die soon.
When her care home tried to evict her, she wouldn't go quietly. A court report states she resisted police officers trying to escort her from the building.
However Ms Fitzgerald denies the allegations, instead claiming the rest home wouldn't accept her rent money.
She's also been refusing any assistance to find her another home, the Independent reports.
"My family is in Tennessee and I told them not to tell my son anything that's going on," Ms Fitzgerald told WKMG from behind bars.
"I don't want them to help me. I don't need no help. I've got all the help I need."
