A New York City resident with a penchant for popping pimples and blackheads has offered those struggling with bad skin a way to make money from it.
The anonymous person has put a job listing on classified advertising site Craigslist, and has promised willing participants an hourly rate of US$45 (NZ$65) for access to their spots and zits.

"I am one of the popaholic obsessed with watching videos of blackheads/pimples/sebaceous filaments being picked at or popped," they wrote in their ad.
"I thought I give myself a holiday present this year and pop some pimples of my own. Only I don't seem to have any. This is where you come in."
People willing to oblige the pimple-popper have been told to send images of their various squeezable skin blemishes, and have been advised of the techniques that'll be employed.
Customers have also been told a friend can accompany them if they need to feel more comfortable, and they'll even be provided with free marijuana if they want it.
