Four people are dead after a man opened fire in Long Branch, a town in New Jersey, in the early hours of the new year.
Prosecutors confirmed the shooting on Twitter on Monday morning, and said the incident was believed to be isolated and domestic.
NBC 4 New York reports that a 16-year-old is in custody and is expected to be charged with killing four of his own family members, including his mother and grandmother.
