A boy has trapped himself in an elevator in China after urinating on its buttons in a prank-gone-wrong.
CCTV footage of the incident shows the boy stepping into the elevator and then almost immediately urinating all over the buttons in Chongqing, southwest China.
He then tries to get out of the elevator but finds that the doors won't open properly, leaving him frantically pressing random buttons.
The lights begin flashing animatedly and moments later, the elevator plunges into darkness as he remains trapped.
Although not caught on camera, The Straits Times reports the young boy was rescued by building maintenance staff and was not hurt.
Footage of the incident has been shared widely on Chinese social media platforms.
