The simple truth is, it doesn't. At least not when faced with its mortal enemy, the wind.
While boarding Air Force One on Wednesday a gust of wind picked up the back of Mr Trump's hair, leaving it full exposed for the world to see.
Many have speculated about the state of Mr Trump's locks since before he took office due to their trademark locked in place nature.
However once he became President of the United States it was confirmed he had issues with baldness as his January 2018 physical revealed he took the anti-baldness drug propecia.
