Around 50 New Zealanders returning from a trip to Fiji are being treated for suspected gastroenteritis.
The group of 130 MediaWorks staff and clients had been staying at a luxury resort.
The Emergency Department at Auckland's North Shore Hospital has been notified.
MediaWorks says most of those who fell ill are now recovering.
An official diagnosis is yet to be made.
