Police searching for an Australian tourist missing near Queenstown say they want to hear from another man who was in the area.
Robert Galdamez, 25, was last seen in the Ben Lomond walking track area on Tuesday.
He was wearing blue Nike shoes, black sports leggings and a dark green North Face puffer jacket.

Police say they want to contact another man who was seen by a witness about 10 minutes from the Ben Lomond summit between 5:30pm and 6:00pm on Tuesday.
The man is described as in his mid to late 40s, with a shaved or bald head and grey stubble. He was wearing a red or pink-coloured faded t-shirt and khaki-coloured trousers.
He did not appear to be carrying any other property and police say he might be a local.
The Otago Daily Times earlier reported that Mr Galdamez, who was prepared for only a day walk, was last seen near the top of the Skyline gondola.
He later messaged a friend to say he was lost and uncomfortable with where he was, as it was getting dark.
