A group of children have been caught up in a bus crash near Tongariro National Park this afternoon.
Thirty-nine people were on board the bus when it came off the road on State Highway 49 near Tangiwai, halfway between Raetihi and Waiouru.
Five people suffered minor injuries, but no-one was taken to hospital.
