A Canterbury teen may be discharged without conviction after damaging 33 windows on 14 buses in Christchurch.
Appearing the Nga Hau e Wha marae this morning, 18-year-old Jack Dargan was given 100 hours community work over the vandalism. If he completes the work by June 28, the student will be discharged without a conviction.
The vandal has admitted causing the $2100 dollars worth of damage in an appearance last year, by scratching the windows as he rode on them.
