Dried liquefaction a dusty problem in Chch

Strong winds in Christchurch this morning have stirred up dried liquefaction, causing dust to billow in the streets.
A 3 News camera captured a dust storm making its way down Stanmore Rd.
Military personnel working at cordons in the city are wearing breathing masks as a precaution.
Rain is expected in Canterbury today, which will put a damper on the dust, but also hamper rescue efforts.
