Flume announces new NZ shows

Australian electronic musician Flume will embark on a massive global tour for his upcoming album Skin, and he's kicking things off with three stadium shows in New Zealand.

He's back after thrilling audiences as the headliner at the 2016 Laneway Festival.

The star will kick off with a show at Forsyth Barr Stadium in Dunedin on July 19. He will follow it up with shows at the Horncastle Arena in Christchurch on July 20 and Auckland's Vector Arena on July 22.

Flume recently unveiled his ambitious new live show while closing Coachella's Outdoor Theatre stage, debuting new live material from Skin to rave reviews.

Music from the new album is already receiving great critical acclaim: Pitchfork calls it "custom-made for dark, secluded warehouse raves", while Nylon names it "powerful and utterly unique". Lead single 'Never Be Like You' continues to climb charts around the globe.

Tickets will be on sale to the general public from 9am Friday 13 May, and are sure to sell out fast.
