An excited Hilary Barry has sat down with one of the United States' biggest television superstars – Oprah Winfrey.
Two days ago Barry tweeted that she was on "a super exciting assignment" – turns out she was on her way to the United States to interview one of the country's biggest talkshow hosts of all time.
Barry says she is "truly humbled" to have met Oprah, and can't wait to show her around New Zealand.
She also tweeted Oprah nicknamed her "Hils".
Oprah is set to appear in Auckland in December at Vector Arena.
