Former All Black Jerry Collins' partner Alana Madill has reportedly been cleared in a report into the fatal crash that killed them both, according to Fairfax.
A report due out in France in the next 24 hours states Ms Madill had no alcohol in her system when she crashed in southern France.
The investigation found she may have swerved to avoid an animal or fallen asleep at the wheel but gives no definitive cause for the crash.
The couples's baby Ayla survived and is being cared for by the Madill family in Canada.
