Rhys Warren, the man accused of shooting at police during a cannabis raid in Kawerau, has pleaded not guilty to all charges of using a firearm against a police officer.
The 27-year-old's case was scheduled for tomorrow at the Rotorua District Court, but the Crown and the defence dealt with it in the judge's chambers today.
Warren's next appearance will instead be on May 31 at the Tauranga District Court.
He will be trialled by jury on all charges, as elected by the Defence Counsel.
