Labour leader David Shearer will unveil his new shadow-Cabinet line up this afternoon.
Mr Shearer is expected to promote exonerated MP Shane Jones to the front bench, as well as allocating the justice portfolio to former party president Andrew Little.
Other winners are expected to be Te Atatu MP Phil Twyford, Dunedin North MP David Clark and list MP Chris Hipkins.
Those expected to be demoted include Nanaia Mahuta and Maryan Street.
The announcement is expected around 1pm.
