A 34-year-old man has been arrested after an aggravated robbery in Hastings this morning.
Shortly before 10am, two men entered the Big Barrel liquor store at Stortford Lodge, police say. The men threatened staff and stole two bottles of spirits.
The men were located a short time later in a getaway car, and a 34-year-old was arrested.
He will appear in the Hastings District Court tomorrow charged with aggravated robbery.
Police are not looking for anyone else in relation to the incident.
