A man has died after the vehicle he was in hurtled into a building along a main road in Thames.
Police were called at about 3.45pm this afternoon to Pollen St, but the man had already died by the time emergency services arrived at the scene.
Motorists have been urged to avoid the area as Pollen St has since been closed between Mary St and Walter St.
Police are currently at the scene.
