A man is in hospital after being trampled by cows on Wednesday.
The man, in his 80s, sustained multiple injuries after being trampled by cows at a property near Foxton at around midday.
He was stabilised by paramedics, before being airlifed to hospital by the Palmerston North rescue helicopter.
The man remains in Palmerston North hospital in a serious condition.
