Motorists heading home after work this evening faced a long journey after a multiple vehicle crash occurred just before 6pm on Auckland's southern motorway.
The crash blocked the right lane south-bound between the Newmarket viaduct and Greenlane, prompting the NZ Transport Agency to warn motorists of delays.
At 6.50pm NZTA tweeted that the crash had been cleared and traffic, although still heavy, was easing.
