NZQA has just announced it's launching an independent review into a series of errors in five separate NCEA maths exams.
The New Zealand Qualifications Authority issued an apology on Friday for an error in a Level three statistics exam and errors have been found in four other maths papers since.
There was an error in a data table in one of three questions which deputy chief executive Kristine Kilkelly says meant "students couldn't answer part of that question".
