Dunedin police are investigating the arson of three vehicles which occurred in two separate instances over the weekend.
Emergency services responded to reports of two vehicles which had been set alight on Burkes Dr, Maia around 2am yesterday.
Another incident occurred at 7pm, this time on Port Chalmers Rd in Sawyers Bay, where another vehicle was set alight.
In both cases, the vehicles have been extensively damaged.
Police are urging anybody who may have seen people acting suspiciously or know anything about the fires in either location to come forward on (03) 471 4800.
