A 23-year-old Rotorua man has non-life threatening injuries after he was taken to hospital with what are believed to be gunshot wounds.
The man was taken to hospital on Thursday night prompting police to investigate whether the injuries are connected to reports of gunshots around Paradise Valley Road just before 11pm.
Anyone who saw or heard anything is urged to contact police.
