Finding the flavour of Christchurch may not be as hard as it sounds with quake-inspired flavours topping the list.

The Cadbury shed is in Christchurch's Re-Start Mall asking locals what they think could be the next big flavour - one that represents the region.

'Rocky road' and 'milkshake' were the top picks to match the city's bumpy streets and shaky ground - one person even suggested an unfavourable flavour of dust and liquefaction.

'Cherry and coke' to represent the regions black and red colours made the list, as well as 'roses' to represent the Garden City image.

The Cadbury shed was in Dunedin where Haggis and Custard Squares were popular. It's travelling around the country and will be in Rotorua and Auckland next.
