A school bus overturned this morning in Makara, west of Wellington, but it appears no one was seriously hurt.
The bus, carrying six children and the driver, tipped over going around a bend sometime before 9am.
Three ambulances and a helicopter attended the incident. The children are being treated for minor injuries, including one with a cut lip.
Ambulance crews are yet to decide whether any of the children will need to be taken to hospital.
Fire and police were also called to the crash, but left soon afterwards. A towing company has been called to pull the bus back upright.
