A 23-year-old man with a penchant for offering to purchase items but failing to pay upon delivery is being chased by police.
Authorities have a warrant for Andrew Colin George Jacobs' arrest, but police are unsure of his whereabouts and are seeking help from the public to locate him.

Police say Jacobs has obtained items for sale and promised to pay for them on delivery - but failed to follow through once he has received them.
His most frequent channel for defrauding people has been on the internet auction website Trade Me, police say.
Mr Jacobs is known to have connections and family in Rangitikei and Waikato, and was last seen in Morrinsville in the early hours of Saturday.
Police say they believe he will be attempting to head to central North Island town of Bulls.
