A fire has completely destroyed a house in Hamilton on Wednesday.
The fire service received a number of calls about the fire at the single-storey house on Galloway St just after 4pm.
Four fire trucks were sent to the scene where they found the 15m by 10m house fully engulfed. The fire has been put out, but there are two fire engines remain at the scene.
Nobody was injured in the fire and all occupants have been accounted for.
There were reports the fire had caused traffic to back up in the area.
An investigation has been launched into the cause of the blaze.
