Police have charged a woman in relation to the murder of West Auckland resident Cun Xiun Tian.
Ms Tian, 69, was found dead in her Te Atatu home after what police labelled a "prolonged" attack.
The 43-year-old woman will appear in Waitakere District Court on February 10 charged with accessory after the fact to burglary.
A 19-year-old will reappear at the Auckland High Court on February 10, facing charges of murder and sexual violation.
Police say no further details are able to be released at this time despite strong public interest in the case.
