Newshub's calculations also show Labour's plan would require an average of 27 houses built everyday in New Zealand for ten years, with around 13 per day built in Auckland.
Labour's promising standalone houses in Auckland to cost between $500,000 and $600,000. Apartments/townhouses/terraced houses in Auckland will cost no more than $500,000.
