Retribution for Kiwi soldiers in Afghanistan

United States Special Forces may take retribution action against Afghani insurgents responsible for killing Kiwi troops.

It is understood four SAS intelligence officers are on a fact-finding mission in the war-town country, having left an Air Force base in New Zealand last week.

“They’re working on trying to get better intelligence on the IED bombers and those that undertook the insurgent attacks against our people,” Prime Minister John Key said when he confirmed the mission today.

Mr Key says the intelligence will be used to build a case against the insurgents responsible for the deaths of five kiwi troops last month.
