Journalist barged out of the way as South Africa's cricket tour turns sour

A journalist attempting to interview Proteas captain Faf de Plessis has been barged a number of times by a South African cricket official as the team's battle with the Australian media continues.

A Channel Nine reporter attempted to interview du Plessis, who had arrived with the team into Adelaide Airport before being shoved away by South African cricket staff.

He continued trying to ask questions of du Plessis, before again being shouldered out of the way by the players' entourage.

Du Plessis was charged last week by the International Cricket Council of ball tampering, which has triggered altercations between South African cricket officials and the Australian media.

Yesterday, a Channel Nine reporter was involved in another altercation with members from the South African cricket touring party.
