West Indian master-blaster Chris Gayle has launched into a record-breaking onslaught in the Indian Premier League cricket.
He's smashed the fastest ever century in the Twenty20 game off just 30 balls on his way to a record score of 175 not out, playing for the Bangalore franchise against the Pune Warriors.
Gayle's ballistics eclipses the previous highest score in the short form of the game ... a knock of 158 from New Zealander Brendon McCullum.
