While all eyes might have been on Forsyth Barr Stadium as the All Blacks took on the Wallabies in the final Bledisloe Cup Test of the year, the unofficial curtain raiser was going on down the road.
The Nude Blacks beat an Invitational 'Aussie' side five tries to four today at Alhambra Union ground in front of a sweltering crowd of 2,500.
With the Test match down the road being a dead-rubber, it's probably fair to say the Nude Blacks match had a lot more on the line.
