French tennis player Gael Monfils dipped into his bag of tricks during his straight-sets win over Jan Satral at the US Open.
Leading by two sets and looking comfortable, Monfils decided to give the crowd a show as he pulled out a couple of unnecessary circus tricks that included a between-the-legs volley and a jumping forehand.
While the two shots looked spectacular, the results weren't exactly effective as both shots ended up harmlessly flying out.
Monfils went on to win 7-5, 6-4, 6-3 and move onto the third round.
