Full Time - All Blacks 36 - Pumas 17

Check back here shortly for the video highlights. Thanks for the company.

The old game of two halves applies to this Test match. The All  Blacks were unbelievable at times in  the first half. But the game lost it's structure in the second 40 and the Pumas made the most of it.

81 MIN: Pumas finishing with a bang here. Elliot Dixon penalised for a shoulder charge but no card given. Attacking scrum for the home side. Strange strange second-half from the ABs. Disjointed. But the Pumas have played well.

77 MIN: Try Pumas - Tulculet caps a great individual performance with a try in the right hand corner. Sanchez with a gorgeous conversion from the sideline. Pumas now up 14-7 in the second-spell.

76 MIN: Benches have been cleared. 7-7 in the second half. It's almost a reverse of the game in Hamilton.

72 MIN: Attacking penalty for the All Blacks. Dangerous play from Leguizamon but he escapes a card. Lineout ABs five out from the Pumas line.

71 MIN: Close call for Julian Savea. Another superb pass from Lienert-Brown but the 'Bus' gets ankle tapped and can't ground it. McKenzie with good work in the build up.

68 MIN: Turnover from Sam Whitelock and the ABs can release the pressure valve with a Barrett clearing kick. Pumas penalised for a ruck infringement.

67 MIN: All Blacks have conceded five penalties on the bounce and are on another warning. Scrum Pumas five out.

65 MIN: Yellow Card All Blacks - Liam Squire sent to the bin for repeat offside offenses from the All Blacks. He only just got back on the park after sitting on the bench during Moody's time in the bin.

64 MIN: Scrumathon at the moment. Reset after reset as the Pumas look for another push over. ABs holding up much better than the last time they were down here.

61 MIN: Penalty only. Don't agree with that personally but I don't get paid to referee International rugby so what do I know!

60 MIN: Think I have just seen the best try-saving tackle in history from Patrick Tuipulotu. The touchy doesn't like it as much as me and they are reviewing it.

59 MIN: Argentina playing with a ton of confidence now. Isa goes very close with a great 20 metre run. Pumas hot on attack. Anotehr penalty coming.

57 MIN: Try Pumas - All Blacks probably lucky the Pumas scored here. Another penalty was coming but a push over for the home side and Facundo Isa scores under the posts. Sanchez lands the extras.

56 MIN: All Blacks need to be careful here. Two scrum penalties in a row. No warning yet but the Pumas are clearly putting the heat on Peyper here as the keep taking the scrum over a lineout or the three points. Damian McKenzie is on for his debut.

53 MIN: Yellow Card All Blacks - Joe Moody sent to the bin for what looked to be a grapple tackle or a punch after the tackle. Messy. Try was not awarded. Pumas have a penalty in front and will go for the try.

52 MIN: Try Pumas - Maybe not. May have lost it. Break out from Fullback Joaquin Tulculet and it leads to an opportunity for Facundo Isa but I think he has dropped it. Referee is also checking for foul play against the All Blacks. Watch this space.

50 MIN: Pumas really trying to play some rugby here but the line speed of the All Blacks is out of this world. All Blacks back on attack.

45 MIN: Try All Blacks: OMG!! Lienert-Brown is putting on a display. A brilliant fend and an off-load to Ben Smith and Lienert-Brown is in the process of establishing himself as a must pick next weekend. What a performance so far from the new ABs 13. He is like a mix of Conrad Smith and Frank Bunce. Barrett adds the extra two.

43 MIN: Messy start to the second-half. Crowd is deadly silent, it has completely sucked the atmosphere right out of the ground....well at least the All Blacks have.

KICK-OFF - Sanchez gets us back underway. All Blacks make a mess of it but manage to clear.

Welcome back - Play just about to get back underway.

Wow - What a last five minutes. With seven to to go the Pumas trailed by just a converted try. I literally couldn't keep up with that. I need oranges. Be right back here in seven or so minutes. Phew!

HALF-TIME - All Blacks 29 - Argentina 3.

40 MIN: Try All Blacks: I can't keep up!! TJ Perenara scores a magnificent length of the field team try. Julian Savea, Crotty, Ben Smith and Read all in the build-up. Perenara gets the five-pointer but that was brilliance from the New Zealand side. Not setting for half-time. Foot firmly planted on the Pumas necks. To prove he is not perfect, Barrett can't add the two.

39 MIN: Try All Blacks:  Guess who. Lienert-Brown sets up another. He charges down from a Puma clearing kick. Dagg picks up the rebound, off-loads to Lienert-Brown who in turn ships it to Dane Coles who scores. Barrett 100% so far and adds another 2 points.

35 MIN: Try All Blacks: Lienert-Brown at the forefront again. Magnificent off-load. Ryan Crotty the benefactor and he scores just to the left of the posts. Barrett adds the extra 2 points. Danger time for the home side.

34 MIN: All Blacks go close in the right hand corner but Israel Dagg is just taken into touch. ABs right back on attack.

33 MIN: Penalty goal Pumas - Sanchez does nail it as I predicted!!

32 MIN: Penalty Pumas - Another ruck penalty. This is becoming a theme of the match. Referee Peyper is being ruthless in that area. Sanchez should nail this. He kicks at 80% in Test match rugby

28 MIN: Try All Blacks - 1st Test for Anton Lienert-Brown. All Blacks just packed the heat on the Pumas line. 11 phases and Lienart-Brown finally crashes over under the posts. Barrett adds the extras. Solid defensive effort so far from the home side but you can't give this sort of field position away to the world champions.

26 MIN: ABs trying to scrum the Pumas off the park. Ball is finally out and the Barrett is smashed by Sanchez but he is offside. Another scrum rather than the easy 3 for the All Blacks.

22 MIN: Penalty All Blacks: Lovely off-load from TJ to Julian Savea down the left hand side and the All Blacks are hot on attack. Pumas defense is strong. Penalty for offside. Barrett should nail this. Nope they are going for the scrum. Interesting call from Read.

19 MIN: Super pace to this game. Creevy storms through a week Perenara tackle and almost scores but Barrett saves the day. ABs clear out and Savea has a chance down the left wing but is tackled into touch. Awesome start here.

17 MIN: All Blacks get super lucky on a knock-on call. Pumas were in under the bar but play is brought back. Perenara stripped the ball but it didn't go forward off a Puma player. Unlucky for the home side.

15 MIN: Penalty Pumas: Squire penalised for holding on at the ruck. Pumas defending like their lives depend on it. Clearing penalty for the home side.

13 MIN: Pumas throwing the ball around a bit on attack but the ABs defense is solid to say the least. Knock-on from Orlando in the midfield and the ABs have a defensive scrum.

11 MIN: All Blacks break out again after a poor kick from Sanchez, another turnover at the breakdown though and Sanchez makes up for his previous effort with a monster kick to plant New Zealand in their own 22.

8 MIN: Penalty Pumas: This will be a clearing penalty as the All Blacks are penalised at the ruck while on attack.

5 MIN: Retallick makes a break and slips a beautiful off-load to TJ Perenara who looks dangerous but a turnover at the breakdown and now the Pumas have a scrum in their own 22.

3 MIN: Penalty Goal All Blacks - Barrett makes no mistake. ABs have an early lead.

2 MIN: Penalty All Blacks - Ruck infringement Pumas. Barrett will have a shot from in front. 30 out.

KICK-OFF - Barrett gets the game underway, kicks it deep into the Pumas 22. Home side clears.

TJ Perenara leading the Haka. Awesome moment for him.

In saying that, he is kind of making it his own, so i may have just contradicted myself somewhat.

Acoustic version of the Argentinian anthem. Very cool. And different. But i like it.

Good to see the singer of 'God Defend New Zealand' not making it his own. I always say "Just sing the melody!!" Rant over!

TAB had some late $$ on the Pumas. Yeah nah. Can't see it happening but this will be tough for at least the first 60 minutes.

Players on their way out for the anthems and the Haka. Wonderful looking ground. Very unique.

Conditions look to be perfect at the venue, no wind or rain to speak of, and the crowd is filling up nicely.

We are about 10 minutes away from kick-off.

Stats

Each of the Pumas' last six games on home soil have been won by the team leading at half-time, three of which have gone in favour of Argentina. The All Blacks have now won the Rugby Championship/Tri Nations 14 times in the 21 editions since the tournament began in 1996; It is their fourth title in the last five years.

The All Blacks have scored a joint record 24 tries in this tournament (also 24 in 2014), one more and they will hold the standalone record for most tries in a Rugby Championship/Tri Nations campaign.

The All Blacks have won their last 15 Test matches, one more win would equal their third longest winning run, with the longest ever winning run by a tier one team standing at 17 games (NZ 1965-69 & 2013-14, SA 1997-1998).

New Zealand have the best tackle success rate (90%), lineout success rate (93%) and scrum success rate (90%) in this year's edition of the competition.

Agustin Creevy has won more turnovers (7) than any other player in this tournament, in fact since the start of the 2015 Rugby World Cup only David Pocock (26) has won more than the Argentina captain in international rugby (20, same as Francois Louw).

All Blacks lock Patrick Tuipulotu ready to seize opportunity

After spending almost two years in the international wilderness, All Blacks lock Patrick Tuipulotu isn't taking any chance to don the silver fern lightly.

"I'll take any opportunity that comes my way," said the 23-year-old after being named to start against the Pumas in Buenos Aires on Sunday (NZT).

"I'm pretty nervous, more excitement as well. I think those nerves will go once kick-off comes."

Tuipulotu made a rapid ascent through the rugby ranks after starring at the Under-20s world champs back in 2013.

He made his Super Rugby debut the following year and promptly received his call-up to the All Blacks squad that very season, earning his first cap off the bench in a tight win over England.

However his progress was cruelly derailed by the need for double hip surgery which saw him miss the best part of two seasons of Super Rugby, a setback Tuipulotu has now put firmly behind him.

His return to the Test arena has been a work in progress, but the Auckland-product believes he's back to requisite standards.

"At the start I would have to say no, but any game time under my belt I think I've slowly gotten there.

"I had a good year of Super Rugby and a couple of Mitre 10 [Cup] games as well.

"I feel I'm ready."

The torrid pace of an All Blacks camp certainly helps.

"Trainings are a lot faster than what Super Rugby and Mitre 10 levels are like. Coming into an All Blacks camp, you're always on your toes. Everything goes by quick."

With eight prior appearances for New Zealand as a substitute, this weekend will mark just the second occasion he's been a part of the game-day 15, Tuipulotu's persistent approach clearly paying dividends.

"Every week when they name the team, you wait for your name it's obviously disappointing when it's not read out.

"But you take it in your stride and and you try put your hand up every training, try push guys like Guz (Retallick) and other guys in your position in front of you, make them perform as well as they can."
