The New Zealand national anthem prior to the Danny Green and Shane Cameron fight was a complete shambles as it cut out and gremlins hit the system.
Halfway through the anthem, suddenly the Kinks’ song ‘You Really Got Me’ blared in Hisense Arena in Melbourne much to the amazement of the many Kiwis in the audience.
The anthem was sung by Alison Rae Jones.
