Minnesota United keeper and Cameroon international Sammy Ndjock has scored an embarrassing own goal in a pre-season friendly against English Premier League side AFC Bournemouth.
Ndjock collects the ball and tries to throw it clear from the area, but it hits the ground and rolls into his goal.
Things did not get much better for Ndjock, as he let two more goals in as Bournemouth went on to win 4-0.
