Fine dodger living the high life in the Gold Coast

Today the government announced major progress on the amount of court fines collected in the last year.
The outstanding balance has fallen under $600 million for the first time in eight years, but while many that figure is shrinking, a more worrying one is growing.
More and more New Zealanders are skipping the country to dodge their fines. In some cases it's to avoid paying a few thousand dollars but in one particular case it's millions.
That case is the country's most infamous fine dodger Reece William Rosvall escaped before he faced justice. He's a man living the good life with Ferrari, Rolls Royces and a house in the exclusive Gold Coast development.
