Govt appears confused over grommets

Where does the Government stand on the hearing of our children?
If you were a child with poor hearing it could seriously effect your ability to learn.
That’s where grommets come in – a simple and effective way of opening up hearing to children with glue ear, or frequent ear infections.
As children with chronic glue ear do much less well at school, fixing it – cheaply and easily – seems a no-brainer to us.
But the Government appears bewilderingly confused about whether it agrees.
