In a society where our social interactions more often than not revolve around alcohol, how do young people learn how to be around each other?

Drinking takes away inhibitions and it is estimated 15 percent of 14 and 15-year-old girls are sexually active. Half of those are so drunk they don't remember who they had sex with.

Is this a problem with a cure?

Natasha Utting meets a doctor who thinks so.
